Hastings Golf Club

Bridge Pā Golf Club, is also known as Hastings Golf Club, is one of New Zealand’s premier golfing destinations and a course that every keen golfer should experience. The course is mostly flat, but that doesn’t make it easy.  The course plays around the land so many of the holes flow in different directions so you are kept guessing with wind direction.  Subtle elevation changes, doglegs, and tricky approaches are in play, especially on holes like the par-4 fifth hole which present risk-versus-reward scenarios.  Multiple tee boxes also allow players of all abilities to enjoy a fair but challenging round.  

The course has been designed so that golfers are rewarded with thoughtful strategy as much as precision ball striking.  The course has hosted major tournaments, including the New Zealand PGA Championship, which speaks to its quality and reputation within the golfing community.
