Chisholm Links

Chisholm Links Golf Course, is a premier 18-hole championship links course situated in the coastal suburb of Tainui, Dunedin. Built from the sand dunes, this course runs along St Kilda beach and naturally, being so close to the sea, you get a true links golf experience. Despite the elements, Chisholm Links is not a particularly long or difficult golf course to play; all levels of golfers will find it both challenging and enjoyable to play with its amazing views.

The par-4 9th hole is rated as one of the best holes in New Zealand, while the cliff-top ocean views rival the best golf vistas anywhere in the world. The course plays over three 6-hole loops, with the middle six holes being the most challenging with an elevation change and two par 3’s, two par 4’s and two par 5’s.  

Less than a 10-minute drive from the city centre the course has hosted many of New Zealand’s premier golf tournaments and as a links course, it can play very hard and fast through the summer.
